Default Looking from Coyote Hill at the salt water marshes

In just a week's time, the salt water marshes at Coyote Hill Regional Park are drying out. It will be even drier in a very short time because of lack of rainfall. Most of the waterfowls have gone away to places with more water.

Where are these taken? I live in same area and wondered if it were the Coyote park near the dumbarton bridge or the one on the Peninsula by the humane society?
Good pics.

Lisa,

Actually this hill's name is Glider Hill which I believe is the highest elevation of this park. It is located in Fremont. You can enter the park at Patterson Ranch Road (cross street is Paseo Pardre). If you don't have a parking permit, you can park at the entrance parking lot which is free. If you have a parking permit, you can go all the way into the parking below the Visitors Center and the Butterfly Garden. The pictures were taken on the trail half way up the Glider Hill overlooking the marshes. You can see the Dumbarton Bridge from the back side of this hill.

Michael

Default Top of the hill

Top of Glider Hill where you can see the Dumbarton Bridge on one side and Fremont/Union City on the other.

Default Bridge view from Glider Hill

You can see Dumbarton Bridge from the top of Glider Hill. Here is a picture of the bridge at twilight.
