great idea, i like the concept! very nice capture too, evergreens always make a beautiful picture, not to mention water is always the added bonus

Thank you Ekimes, I like that scenery shot too. I was travelling by a lake, looking for something to photograph and all of a suddon I had a flash it would be neat, so I turned around and frame it as well as I could - there was human object on each side that would have killed it - a shame cause it would have been better open at 12mm. Anyway I took the same shot at different shutter speed, so I could layer after the best of of the scene (sky and background trees).

i like it
very cool shot..

but....wat is wrong with having human objects in it? there was an article i read that said the pictures that sell the most have human objects in it...

Well probably not, there was anchored boats on each side, but the object of my photo was the 3 Island - small, smaller, smallish - So I didn't want anything else to interfere with what I was trying to "say" about the photo.

Also, my goal is nature and wildlife, I try to get photos not showing human presence, it's just a question of philosophy.

ok....you've made a very important point...if you were just going for a normal landscape shot..it might have had an extra effect with the boats there......but since you already had something in mind....it is fine like this
