Lovely looking cottage, you can tell someone is looking after it? Is it occupied or a museum of some sort? Where in the UK is it?

thanks guys for your responses!
the cottage is located at Flatford mills, Dedham, Suffolk.
The cottage itself i dont know if it is a museum but there is a painting school just opposite. Every day people sit just by the spot that i took the photo( where Constable composed the painting) and they draw.
