Caught this this evening, pattern in the sky were weird !

When I saw the formation, I was rushing to find a good spot to take photos (took over 15 at that location, different shutter speed, different angle), this was taken at Lac Ste-Marie, which is just south of Kazabazua, QC, Canada

Cheers everyone

Eric, did you ever catch that sunset! Looks like you're a landscape photographer too! :-)

It's obvious you didn't use your long lens on this shot. What focal length were you using?

Hehe Geoff, sometimes I need breaks of bird photography, so instead of going crazy and loosing patience, I go in the car and look for other types of shots to take.

Yesterday, while travelling, noticed the cloud formation that was increasing while the sun was going down. So I was looking for a good spot to catch the moment

Was taken with my beloved scenery lens, a Sigma EX 12-24 DG HSM, taken at 12mm, which with the crop factor of the CMOS 'only' gives 19.2mm

Thanks and cheers !

damn you! you make me jealous. As always, I sound like a broken record, nice shot. The clouds are just breath taking.

Hehe Ekimes, I have no secret ! Part of the work involves work in PS, but the shot has to be nicely exposed and presented. The rest is up to my little imagination when in front of the PC

Thanks and cheers !
