Boy, John, I can't understand how you are having such problems but I bet once you find the answer you'll laugh at how simple the answer really was.

FYI, I am using Microsoft's IE as my browser.

John, USM stands for "UnSharp Mask", a tool provided by most decent image editing programs for the purpose of applying a sharpening technique to images.

I'm scratching my head here to. I can't think of why you are the only person having problem and why you're only having them here. Maybe the forum likes you. Just like when you were at school and you used to pull the girls hair because you fancied them. Perhaps the forum is doing the same to you.

And for reference. I use Opera 7.54.

Thanks for that, once again.

The saga continues . . . I have just been to the Photobucket site and they are only accepting registration at certain times of the day because of high demand.

So I went to FotoPic, registered OK, picked out a list of photos to upload, and would you believe it, up pops the familiar old screen "Cannot find server. The page cannot be displayed, etc"

Frustrating, or what!

I guess there must be a simple answer to this, but I sure do wish someone out there would point it out to me !

Well, its gone 11 pm here in England, so another day ends without a solution.

Goodnight

Hey ferny - you and John both live in England - doesn't that make you two local enough for a get together so you can fix his problem? :blah:

What, and give this forum another reason to hate me by making it jealous? No tar. I have enough problems with it as it is!

That and he's a Canary (I assume). He'd probably string me up after the weekend.

just wondering exactly how you are copying the photo.

I had a similar problem but this is how I post now

click on and enlarge the photo you want to post

right click on mouse

go to properties and highlight the URL address in properties

then come back to steves and click on the Icon to insert photo then paste.

before when i tried to post by just clicking copy or save this photo it would not work.
