Near where I live are some beautiful beachs. Here are two shots that I took last weekend. They all seem to turn out a bit boring and was thinking I need a second focal point eg person animal???any suggestions as to how to make beach shots more interesting?

Thanks

I like them as they are. They're tranquil.

There's a little bit of info about posting pictures at the below link. If you're uploading to here, you can't post more than one per post.

Ferny, thanks so much for the link you provided. Ive been in other forums before yet no one had ever explained to me how to post pictures no matter how many times I asked. Much appreciated for your efforts.

To aladyforty, yes I am in NSW. Nowra is located about 78km's south of Wollongong or 160km's south of Sydney. It is located on the Shoalhaven River and you can get to a beach in 3 directions in about 15 to 20 minutes drive. It's a great location.

Jac74,

Given what you had to work with you did a creditable job. It's not like you had two miles of white sand beach and sparkling crystal clear waters.

Does the water ever have NO ripples? If so try taking the shot with no ripples and get a mirror-like reflection of the beach area.

Aloha and keep clicking away.
