We had a lot of rain a couple of days ago, so went to the local dam, and they were letting out the excess water. It was quite amazing to see tha amount of water pouring out here. And noisy! Cheers........thekman

Gosh, one can almost feel the power of all that water surging. And the first one--looking down from the dam--makes me want to hold on tightly to my camera!

Thanks for sharing.

I bet it was like Niagra Falls...was the ground shaking from all of that power??

When it floods in our valley in the spring, the water moves boulders as tall as our car like they were ping pong balls!! Kinda scary!!!

Ya, you could feel the dam shaking & rumbling. If I was feeling more adventurous, I could have taken a route down to the bottom and shot from there, but it's a long hike, and I'm too lazy-I'd have to hike all the way back up. .........thekman.
