Not bad... You can see the rays of the sun, which is neat... I don't like the foreground which is very dark... but I guess you can't do anything about it...

You can. There are sites out there that explain how to do it exactly. Basically, the technique is to take 2 diff photos, with diff exposures and then superimpose one on top of another using photoshop layers. It makes for truly incredible pics.

Very good. I don't have a problem with the dark foreground (that's what sunset shots are supposed to look like). I would have framed the pic to have a little more horizon in it... just a little less than 1/3 of the pic (since you've got the mountain on the left side). Definitely a "portfolio-quality" pic for an amateur -- it's certainly better than the stuff I take!
