It's usually the media that's ugly.

The first sunset pictureis a real beauty! Well done. Looks worthy of hanging up on the wall. Looking forward to more...........cheers.......thekman.

The first one is very beautiful, correct the horizon line and submit it to some potd contests.

I visited El Salvador for a month in the summer of '91. I thought it was a beautiful country. A little dangerous for Yankees, though.

Huerte

El Salvador is a beautiful place, and will never be considered "ugly"... I would consider a corperate madness city like Chicago or New York much uglyer then any of the beautiful landscapes you can find in El Salvador. You are very lucky to have grown up there.

I love the shot of the crane by the way.. (even though it was taken in 'ugly' USA)
im going to get my @ss kicked arnt i?

Back in 91 it was dangerous for Americans (what we call gringos) because of the war, but now Salvadoreans love Americans!!! I would say that out of all Latin nations El Salvador is the one that supports the States the most in the war with Iraq.

El Salvador is now safe for Americans. Like every nation, El Salvador has dangerous places and safe places. In 91 it was dangerous cause of the war. But we no longer have a war.
