The sun is so big at sunset in summer, I went out to get these ones tonight at 7.25pm.

yes, if you have lightening it can strike the power lines, It's not unheard of to lose televisions and electrical, phones have blown off the wall. We had a strike a few years ago and lost a printer, video player, a vacum cleaner that was left plugged into a live socket and the speakers on the computer were damaged. Not prepared to have it happen again.:-)
