I love them both, especially the second one. On the first, did you use a star filter or have the lens stopped all the way down. With lens stopped down to minimum, the leaves of the iris sometimes produce a star effect. Anyway, great shots.

thanks, I didnt use a filter and I dontknow what it means to have the lens stopped down. I just had the aperture turned down.. Im still learning the basics of digital photography cause before this camera (about a month ago) I've only had a 3.1 mp point and shoot.

"aperture turned down" and "lens stopped down" mean the same thing...highest "f" number, minimum aperture.

nice shots, but i love the colors in the second one. did you enhance the levels in post-processing?
