Here is a free site to post some of your photos if you might be interested

Thanks very much for the offer, Bob - I do have two places that I have put photos on in the past [took them off cause I never got to updating them], Photobucket and Webshots, however, Craig is asking for a high resolution pic, and both those, and possibly your site have a limit to the size of picthat one can upload, normally 250kb or so, whereas the full size is approx. 7 megs

Thanks again, your offer is really appreciated.

Another reason why I love this site.......we see pictures from all around the world. It's great to see what life is like in someone elses backyard.
Beautiful shots!

I really enjoyed these pics, especially 2 and 3. Had I not known where you live I would have thought it was somewhere in America. Hope to see more soon.

I think its a super shot. I would like to see it also with someone or something standing atop the rock to the right to give some scale.

Hi Jake I just took a look at your photos and that area you are in is a photograpers' dream spot. Those photos that you took show it off in spades. Great shots.

Thanks guys for the votes of confidence, much appreciated !!

I sort of feel like I should go for lessons or some courses in photography to gain some insight into what to look for, then again, i suppose looking at all your guys stuff here is pretty much like a continued course, picking up tips and different view points.

Thanks again

Hey Jake,

I'm definitely going to try to get down to Golden Gate this time. If you can recommend a specific B&B in a PM that would be great.

Last year we actually got up early of a Saturday morning (with 6 month-old Lauren) got the car packed and were ready to set off - but our battery was dead dead dead! By the time we had a replacement fitted Saturday was half gone so we decided to abort.

Cheers,
Craig

Hi Craig - I will check around for a suitable B&B {PM??}, as mentioned, we stayed with that Glen Greens parents, they have two options, a self catering cottage, sleeps 6, or 3 "rooms" at their own home, but perhaps the best thing would be to contact the Info centre at Clarens for more options, I will find their contact details for you.

Maybe give me a reminder on my e-mail address, so on MondayI can give them a call.

regards
