The columns in this picture stood as part of a federal building. Abraham Lincoln stood between these columns to inspect the troups as they marched by. I forget where these came from but they were bought by a Lincoln citizen a long time ago and donated to the city. These columns, otherwise, would have been destroyed.

I could spend a lot of time at this city park. It's a wonder that I don't since I live less than a mile from it!

Both shots are nice but I especially like the second. Nice use of the columns to frame the scene.
