Something different from last weekend: there was a really long line of these engines, all in different faded colours and states of decay. Hard to find a really good viewpoint though I've also had to replace a burnt out sky with something more dramatic, so the photo is a bit of a salvage job just like the subject. If this is straying too far off topic BTW just shout...

Cool shot and nice compo.I really like the bend it the tracks and the muted brown tones.Good choice of frames,too

I love the composition! Pro landscape photographers will all tell you that diagonal lines really make photos special! You really make diagonals work in this photo!

John, the photo is brilliant. If you never mentioned your replacement job of the sky, I would never have known. Brilliant salvage job.
