Here's two shots it took last night near my home in Finland. I was using 30 sec exporure to capture those light trails.

I really like the first photo - it is very nicely balanced. The second photo does not have the same balance and therefore doesn't have the same strong impact as the first one.

It would be nice to take some shots of trails going beside some cool Finnish architecture.

I really like both of those, I agree with the others that the first one has the stronger composition and some nice starburst effects on the streetlights, but I also like the stronger colours in the light trails in the second.

The first shot is the best. The street lights do the wonderful job of framing the picture and drawing the attention towards the center.

It is also the street lights that give the nice balance to the picture and make it plesant to look at.
