Nice. The fog really adds to the moodiness of this shot. Good capture of the barrenness of winter.

wish you had put that tree to the far to the right. Nevertheless that is a wonderful capture.

I agree with Auma about the composition - just moving the right hand side over a little so you cut out that chopped-in-half tree, and get closer to a rule-of-thirds composition would have helped.

But I'm picking nits here, it's a lovely scene with great lighting, and very atmospheric.
