My wife and I took an afternoon trip to the refuge yesterday.* I specifically wanted to try some Sunset shots.* I set up my tripod just before Sunset and just started shooting as the sun went down.* I took 73 picutures and as I did the colors just kept getting deeper and better.* I was pretty pleased with the results.* So, I thought I would share 3.* All the best, Steve

Thanks Thekman,* Yes I have the D70s.* I used the kit 18-70mm lens for these shots.* I have the new 18-200mm VR lens ordered but, like everyone else it's back-ordered until Nikon can get there act together and boost production.* I like the idea of the 18-200mm staying on most of the time unless I am out birding.* Thanks for looking.* *All the best,* Steve

They are all beautiful. I'm torn between 1 and 2, but in any case, they are all lovely.

Excellent sunsets Steve! I particularly like the last one, but then I'm a sucker for shots with the sun in view :-)

John.
