Topsham in Devon, on the River Exe. This is the old port of Exeter, busy in years gone by when the river was deep enough to take large ships this far inland.

Man, I like those colors. The only reason I haven't bought an S2 is because I like a bit more definition (sharpness, if you will). So, I took the liberty to sharpen you photo a bit to see how it looked like...and here it is. What do you think?

Good work Tullio! I had already added a little sharpening in Elements 3 but obviously not enough.

Overall the S2 has impressed me although I feel ready now to move on to a DSLR, I'm saving for a Nikon D50 at the moment! The S2 certainly has a bucket load of features and the 12x optical zoom comes in very handy.

Are you interested in selling your S2, Shaun?

Not sure yet Tullio, my wife might want it as she's quite interested in learning more about photography, otherwise I might see if Jessops (leading UK camera retailer) will accept it as a trade in, which they do sometimes. If I do I'll let you know, although postage from England to California might make it prohibitive.
