Thanks for the comments.

The only photoshopping was levels, sharpening and increasing the saturation just a little.

Wow, this is lovely, EB. Do you mind if I ask what equipment you have? I absolutely love the colors, details, mood,...everything! Excellent work!

Thanks Tullio.

I have a Canon Digital Rebel. I used a Sigma 70-300mm at about 90mm. Not a bad lens but I want to get a better one when I grow up:lol:.

Thanks for the info., E.B. If I had to guess which camera you used I'd say a Canon by the warmth of the colors. The lens looks very good to me. Perhaps when I grow up:-) I'll get myself one!

The lens is OK for what it is. When I use it at 300mm it's a tad on the soft side, especially when I seen shots taken with L lenses. I guess you get what you pay for, it sometimes gets a little frustrating when you have what you think is a good shot only to see that's it's a little soft when you get it back on the computer. For some reason though, when you use the macro setting at 200-300mm it seems to be much sharper. When I do get another lens I'll keep the 70-300 for macros.
