Very beautiful indeed, very successful...The black stripe going over the contour of the slope(like a piton!!) on the horizon attracted my attention though..fence or something?

the black u describe if a "dry stone wall", and it stands about 2 meters high and maybe 1/2 meter thick, they are called dry stone walls as they are built without mortar and very skillfully locked together, that one as probably been standing there for over 100 years

i realise that they are pretty common in the UK but not world wide......ill go take a shot looking back up along the wall so u can see the size, i had not noticed it realy till u mentioned it....but it does follow the contour very well doesnt it :-)

Oh, will you? I think that will be great:-)
There should also be some older ones, as well as paved roads, dating back to the reign of Romans.

Beautiful panorama. The landscape there looks very much like it does here.

Very nice and plenty for the eye to look at. Any shot with snow in it always pleases me for I have never seen it.

Mtn:-)

This is very nice. Good lighting on a beautiful subject. There's lots to look at but it's not cluttered - good balance.

thanks everyone for the nice and possitive comments, i find u can capture a scene so much better with multiple shots than just the one.

i still do take single shots though ;-)
