Did a little climbing yesterday, and by the time I got to the top a wicked windstorm blew in and sent me running...the weather has not been on my side lately.

Nice capture and unfortunately livinmg in a valley the wind does tend to filter right through it...lol...I know , I live in the same situation as well

Wow! Never thought abouta dust storm in that country.Looks like that would be a beautiful view with good light and no dust.

Wow Goomer! It really was blowing up your way! That must be the same wind storm we had here on the coast. Was pretty wild down our way too. ....thekman.

At first glance, this shot looked like one of those foggy days here in the By Area. Once I read your description, the picture immediately turned nasty. That's when you really benefit from having an UV/skylight filter in front of your lens!!!

This was indeed a nasty one...sorry we sent it down your way kman :sad:. I'm sad to say this will be my last shot for a while, I broke my big toe Monday night and will be sidelined for a while....just when I just got a bunch of new filters in the mail today too..oh well.

Thanks Kman. I didn't choose the handle goomer for nothing :?. My Habs were eliminated, so I'm still debating whether to follow the Oilers or hang in 'til October.

I'm pulling for our junior team the Giants. 3 more wins to get to the Memorial in Moncton. NHL? I'm not sure who to pull for either...'kman.
