Incredible feat of engineering which hints me an underlying Roman concept where the scale is set to splendour.
It also resembles a hanging necklace over a relatively recently acquired beautiful landscape of the west.
So, a tram takes you to the top of this steel plated arch, right? You seem to have tackled the low light condition of the dusk by chosing a high ISO value.

Hi ... I'm not really sure how one gets to the top, but I suspect it is something like a tram or an elevator. We were there after it closed for the day and I just had time to snap a few pictures. It's really high ... I'm not sure I'd want to go to the top!
