What is the crop growing here?

Steve, that would be oil-seed rape, and it does make a really colourful image too :-)

It looks so peaceful doesn't it, but in fact I am on a duel carriageway road with cars screaming behind me at 70mph+.... lol.

I know what you are saying, I have taken many photos that would look totally different if you could see a 360 degree view of the surroundings.
