Beautiful shots. I like the vertical, even at the cost of seeing less clouds. The taller water reflection draws me in.

I'm also saying I like the vertical one a bit more. Often vertical landscape photos can be very interesting.

Lovely colours and captured very well. Shows you don't need a DSLR to get great photos, hey?!

thanks, Paul... and hey, as a long-time FZ user, i know full well how good those cameras are!! that new FZ7 seems to be a little jewel, though. i probably won't get one... with an FZ20 and a 30D, the last thing i need is another camera... but the FZ7 sure does take some nice photos! it seems even better than the 30D at pulling color and detail out of shady areas, and i've seen handheld shots taken at 1/10 second with it that were perfectly clear and sharp, and i've taken shots with my FZ20 at 1/4 second that came out clear, thanks to Panasonic's amazing OIS...
