Perfect shooting conditions on this day. Cloudy and sprinkling so the light was even for thedays shots.Should have had a polorizer on to reduce some reflectionsbut it didn't turn out too bad. Taken with KM7D 17-35mm Tripod and pretty sure it was about f5.6 S1.5sec. EV -.5. This was at the end of about a 10k walk and then we turned around and went back up. Big day but buckets of fun.

Thats a really beautiful shot MountainHawk.

Cheers,
Ollie

PS. It might be my PC monitor, but their seems to be a purplish cast in the grey water?

Actually it is funny that you say that but it is even more noticeable when it prints out. Even as an unedited Raw file it has a tinge of purple in it. Love to hear if anyone knows what causes this....my Kelvin (mind the spelling) might be too warm. I think the standard on KM7D's sit around the 5900 mark. Being Blueish / white water a hint of red might do this?

I like it But you're right about the colour cast, I've seen similar effects when in deap shade, but it's very unpredictable.

John.
