Another storm and some of the highest winds we have had in quite some time. This storm did have some of the coolest looking clouds I have ever seen!!

Thank you Bahadir! This was pretty cool to watch,twenty minutes earlier it was as dark as night, then the wind and rain and it passed and the sun setting in the west ( behind me) made the clouds look surreal!

Awesome shot, Bob! I absolutely love this one! The clarity of this picture is striking. Did you use a tripod to get this shot, and what camera?

Thank you Kaspian, toshi and miketuk! Toshi, I used my D-50 on this photo. I was standing in my garage leaning against the doorway to help steady my camera. I really should use my tripod more often but it is such a pain to carry around and most of my photos are spur of the moment kind of things. I do use the tripod on planned shots and low light stuff.
