There are a lot of these neglected old farm and homestead buildings in the North Okanagan. In a few years, most of them will be gone.Converted to B & W using Serif PhotoPlus.

The little tree with flowers along with the fences looks so cute ! On overall composition-wise, I'd rather you included the complete corner of the farm house into the frame, if not all!

Thank you, bahadir. I composed the shot this way because I wanted to include some of the farmhouse's over-grown surroundings to emphasize it's poor condition. I tried a few other approaches, but I wasn't happy with them.

Nice effect on that photo toshi. Of course my eye wants to look up to see the roofline on that corner. Shame about some of the old buildings and homes that are falling apart.
