![]() My first shot at at-home studio shooting with a single strobe and white muslin background, using AfterShot Pro for the B&W/Single Color Effect. Shot with Canon 7D and nifty-fifty.

Fun pics!
The lighting looks pretty good to me, and it looks like a great time was had by all! If you're up for C&C: I'm not sure I quite understand the motivation for the blue selective color. To me, it draws our attention away from the great facial expressions and your cute family to their pants... and while your DIL is thin, that doesn't seem to be the point of the shot. And if you can, you might want to airbrush out the bit of white stuff on your DIL's shirt on our right and maybe the chip of fingernail polish on her thumb in #2. (I know my wife always gets down on pics when things like that aren't quite right.) |

Thanks for the C&C--I appreciate the feedback! As for the blue, I orginally did these in all B&W and was just playing around with AfterShot Pro's features. The blue kind of struck me, but understand that others might like the straight version. It's nice to have that kind of flexibility with post-processing.
