Just sitting around the house I had an idea after watching all the candles burning.
Hey, let me try an ambient light shot with your candles and Christmas tree.
She agreed so I grabbed the only 1.4 lens I own and bumped the ISO to 1600 and got this one hand held.
It was a lot more fun then watching TV.

That is one very natural portrait, Mike with matching lighting and colour that could hardly be bettered.

And even if were not, ANYTHING is better than watching a device that delivers fodder for the feeble-minded!
