Default AVL compact flash cards?

I recently came across Fry's Outpost website selling 256MB AVL compact flash cards for $99.

my question is...are these any good and how do they compare to more well know mfrs like Lexar, etc.?
they list the full specs on the product. However, I have no way of comparing anything...let alone know what I'm looking at.

from your link it reads like a ridata card. if it carries at least a 5 yr warranty i'd buy it. lifetime would be better. your buying from a well known brick and morter outfit. i see no problem.

the only ones i am a little shy of are the no names on ebay.
