I'm buying a digital camera soon and will want to get a high speed 1GB memory card to go with it. Depending on which camera I buy (I've narrowed it down to two) I'll need either a CF card or an SD card.

The SanDisk Ultra II cards seem to be the popular choice from what I've read. However, the specs for the cheaper ByteStor cards look just as good - e.g. 66xwrite speedfor the ByteStor H-Speed 1GB SD. The only difference I can see from reading the specs is that SanDisk cardscome witha lifetime warranty whereas ByteStorgive 5 years.

For those who have used the ByteStorcards, how are they forspeed and reliability? How do they compare to SanDisk?
