Can all digital cameras use any size of memory card (512MB, 1G, 2G ETC)or does it has a limit? Thanks.

Most digital cameras are limited to cards of 2GB or less. Only models that can use a 32 bit FAT (File Allocation Table) can use cards larger than 2GB.

Some models may not work correctly with cards over 1GB either. It depends on the camera.

You need to make sure you buy the correct memory type (CompactFlash Type I, CompactFlash Type II, Secure Digital, XD PictureCard Type H, XD Picturecard Type M, Sony Memory Stick, Sony Memory Stick Pro, Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo, etc.) for the camera you choose.

It's also a good idea to check with users of a camera to see if anyone has tried a specific memory card in one, since you do see compatibllity problems from time to time.
