we had a very active storm come through the other night so i thought i would try and catch some lightning shots, i was using bulb mode set the iso for 100 and was holding down the exposure for around ten seconds per shot to see if i got anything, this was the best of the bunch.

nice one, i know what you mean as far as effort, it takes forever because you always end up just missing an awesome bolt, and when you get one, you always want a better one

*could have been even better if you put a lightning rod in your yard and sat a bit away from it and waited but thatd be dangerous
