Can you explain a bit? I am yet to learn how to use the flash effectively...

Thanks!
You can do this either way:

1. You can paint it with flash (i.e. camera strobe) like Ozzie_Traveller suggested: Cherry Blossoms

2. Or use a regular battery powered flashlight (i.e. filament bulb): Lighting up a cave (... nudity warning!!!)
-> the cheaper the better as you don't want one that has a focused beam you can adjust!
