The New Scientist has a short article on a new 1.6Giga Pixel camera meant to look for aseroids that could hit earth. Being 40cm on a side gives new meaning to "Full Frame" sensors. I've thought of a 4x5" sensor as being Full Frame, but this goes past even an 8x10".
