I am about to take the plunge to the dslr world. I want to get a good book to read and have as a reference.
Can you recommend a book or 2. |

+1 on the Understanding Exposure.
Any good photography book will do, does not need to have "Digital" in the name, Film and Digital the process of making images remains the same, just the capture method and post processing change

I agree with gjtoth, "Understanding Exposure" is great. Also, check your local book store for a book on your particular camera, they are usually more informative that the manual that comes with it.
