i just stated that because there is a couple scenes that are pretty related to the op's picture.

In the OP's shot, the spots appear to be internal reflections from the intense flash reflection on the picture frame in the upper left corner. To avoid this, try using a flash diffuser or external flash bounced from the ceiling.
Internal reflections of this sort are characterized by increasing size and decreasing intensity, and have a relationship to the number of lens groups. More common with zoom lenses with large zoom ratios. Dust reflections are usually more random in nature, as with the picture the Hun posted.
