Default Program that doesnt encode the video?

Is there any software that will allow me to just edit my original footage and then store it without re-encoding it?
All the programs i tested always encode the clips and take forever.
I just want an app where i can insert 3 clips, adjust the audio volume, cut them, place them together, and export the whole thing as a single movie, without the software re-encoding it.
My clips are already encoded with h.264 60fps with aac audio and i'm happy with that.
Please help wasted 3 days test driving software and i can't find any that will not re-encode the end result

Part of the encoding scheme includes audio tracks and timing information. You can't just remove or add without complete re-encoding. I don't think you will find anything that will do what you want.

Well with my camera came this software Presto VideoWorks.
In it i can chose the codec to be the same as in the video, so it doesn't re-encode it with another codec, and after i'm finished editing it saves the files for 1 minute not 2h ...
Unfortunately the program is 5 years old and very hard to work with
So i was hoping that something better is out there, but to no avail.
