That the way we all started out, not knowing. But now adays, you have forums like this with great knowledge like Sarah is giving you helping advice when you get a little lost. Which is a great asset, and will help you develop you photography skill much quicker then before the age of the internet.

Yes, the advice has been so helpful and has made the learning process much easier. Thanks to all. I'm going to Big Sur next weekend with my ZS3, if I get any worthy photos I'll post a few.
