Default New at this need advice

I am new at this and need advice .
I bought and Epson 1100 and a Ciss bulk ink system.I am useing a good Dye Sublimant ink, I am Useing Corel Draw X5 to do my images....
I set my heat press on 375 for 1 minute.

Im not getting good color or fine lines ,My black is dull and blotchie.

When setting up image im useing a very good top of the line computer.
I transfer the image to the other computer (connected to printer) via
Usb data storage. Coreldraw X5 doesnt work well on that computer because of low ram and cpu . might this be problem?

Also question on paper The first paper i bought was to small in size but it was thick and a very firm type paper ...I ordered some Paper off ebay ,the right size . It came in ..was very thin ..like regular printer paper....is this a problem?

The image im printing is on to a license plate 6 in X 12 in I am useing images very high in resilution but maybe losing it in the transfer to other computer?

It could be the paper. since dye sub requires a specially coated paper, the ebay paper may not have a good coating etc?

This might help look at your colour space is it all set the same ie SRGB and both computers should be set to match and the printer.
Also you send a print off to a shop and see what it comes back like.
