Default Good diffuser for built-in flash on a Nikon D80?

So, I was asked to take some bar mitzvah picures by a friend. I have a Nikon D80, and am pretty experienced generally, but I don't do much indoor/party shooting. The built-in flash, as we all know, is yuck yuck for good indoor/intimate/portrait stuff, so...can anyone recommend a good add-on diffuser for the built in flash? Yes, yes, i know, I should buy a nice hotshoe bounce flash like any decent photographer, but I really dont have the $$$ right now and the time to learn to use it...

I picked up Gary Fong's Puffer for my D5000. It does a decent job, but I need to dial in a bit of flash compensation to accommodate the loss of light in the diffuser (I rather thought the camera's TTL would take care of that, but it doesn't seem to). Anyway, the Puffer is cheap, disassembles to fit in your bag, and cuts down on the harshness of the flash. Here's a link to it: http://www.adorama.com/GAPUF.html
