When you transfer the photos to your PC, they are stored in a folder.

Inserting them into an e-mail, is a function of your e-mail program. Most work in a similiar manner.

With Oulook Express, when composing a new message, simply use the Insert, File Attachment menu choice. It will let you browse local folders for the file you wish to attach to the e-mail. So, you simply select the folder on your hard disk (C drive that contains the image you want to attach. Then, select the correct image (this will be a .jpg file).

Alternatively, Outlook Express has an "Insert, Picture" menu.

Most e-mail packages allow you to include attachements like photos.

One thing you may want to do, is downsize the photos to screen resolution before sending them (if they will be for viewing only, versus printing).

Most image editing packages have a way to resize a photo.

If yours does not, then you can download a free package called Irfanview from http://www.irfanview.com (make sure to download the free plugins, too).

You'll see the ability to resize a photo to a smaller size under the "Image, Resize/Resample" Menu. I'd suggest downsizing to around 800x600 for e-mail purposes (making sure to use the "Save As" choice, giving the photo a new filename, since you do not want to overwrite your original image).
