Sup everyone! I just bought a Canon a95 from Dell for 281 shipped (awesome deal). Hopefully I'll be around to get to know everyone and learn how to use the a95 well. So far, I think the camera is awesome, but Im still learning the basics. Any tips or advices anyone wants to give me? pointers? Also, one problem I have is when Im taking a macro picture... when its focusing... it looks good while its focusing, but once it beeps (finishes), it looks blurry :/ Kinda odd...

is that tripod good? and will my canon a95 fit on it? Iono if tripods or universal or not... lol. See ya everyone

I suggest that you use P mode if you are not comfortable with the manual modes. That way you can set the ISO to 50 and get better pictures with less noise.

As for your macro problem, its because you are too close to the item, move back a bit and it will focus clearly. In macro mode, try not to use the flash since it often overexposes the subject.

For the tripod, I don't know, sorry.
