Default Fuji FinePix F401 for $250 vs. Kodak DX4330 for $300....

.......or should it be none of the above?

I have the opportunity to purchase a Fuji FinePix F401 at a fairly nice discount, but I am unsure if a Fuji is the right way to go.

This camera will be a gift for a relative. My price range is around $200 - $350. The F401 is only 2.1 MP, but includes rechargable lithium batteries and the Adapter. With the Kodak the person I'm buying it for would have to go out and spend the $70 to get the recommended Docking Cradle w/rechargable batteries.

Or is there a better value out there at this low price range?

Thanks to any replies for your time and assistance,

I like fuji features and ease of use but I dont like fuji picture quality. You might want to check out an olympus or the kodak.

2.1 mp camera take great pics. The Fuji camera will serve the person with great pictures. I am not sure why you think you would need the docking cradle with the Kodak. The Fuji and Kodak can be downloaded via cable from the camera.
