Default Nikon CoolPix 4500 vs H-P Photosmart 850

I`m buying my first digital camera and I have 2 cameras which I`m intrested in Nikon CoolPix 4500 and H-P Photosmart 850.The most important things to me is the image quality and now I need some help to chose which I take.If you have some other suggestions at the price of 500-600 please tell me.

Make a side-by-side list of each cameras capabilities. See which camera has capabilities the other does not. Decide if any of those unique capabilities may be important to you as you go forward. Once you are at a certain quality point, features (or lack thereof) become more important in the long run.
e.g. range of shutter speeds, ISO capability, available accessories (filters, lenses, external flash), manual settings, color balance under any light source, etc.

Also have a think about end use. The CP4500 has good macro and digiscoping capabilities for wildlife photography.
