Hi all. Finally replaced my camera with an A620 (Canon). As a 'newbie' I have a few questions...

1. As for Lens Ring Adapters, is the 37mm, 52mm or 58mm the way to go? I've been reading about distortion with the higher mm lenses...didnt know which is best. (Although I assume the range of things you can buy for the 52 and 58 is greater than the 37.

2. If you were starting out with the camera, would you get the adapter and then a UV and Polarized Filter first, then worry about lenses later? Most of my photography is outdoors (mountains daytime)....

3. Can anyone recommend brands of lenses for this camera? Definately need wideangle first....and is there a way to avoid 'vignetting' without having to correct for it using software?

As always, thanks for any help. This forum is terrific:!:
