Is there such a thing as a wireless USB device to connect your camera to your PC ?

I take a lot of photos for my website and it's a pain to keep taking the camera off the tripod and into the other room to download the photos . I have thought about just taking the card out but it would be really nice if there was USB wi/fi device or something.

For the D200, there is the WT-3 wireless transmitter that attaches to the bottom of the camera (and serves as a vertical grip), but it costs over $500.

The wireless USB specification was completed in 2006, so products are starting to come out supporting wireless USB, but there does not seem to be any current ad-hoc solutions.
