I was looking on amazon and noticed that there are some 1800maH batteries for sale. They are off brand so I'm wondering if anybody else has used them. If they truly deliver 1800maH, they should last 80% longer than the stock Nikon (EN-EL9) battery at 1000maH.

I've never cared much for non oem batteries but I'm wondering if these are any good?

I purchased one of them (eBay). This was sent from China, took about one week to get here and I've been using it without problems since then. It is marked "1800 mah"; I'm not sure if it lasts longer than the Nikon one, but for sure does not last shorter. Very cheap indeed, no regrets about it until this moment.
