I'm not sure what is going on here,does anyone else?.
When I reviewed some shots on my P/S/ E 4 in Properties it shows my Meta data like this :
Sharpness Hard, Contrast 0 Brightness 0 Saturation 0 fair enough ,but I had previously increased in camera to Sharpness 7 Contrast +1 Brightness + 1 Saturation +1
So I opened them with Photome and it showed my changes correctly. So does anyone know whats going on with P/S/E.
The only thing it shows, is if I choose "Vivid" for example, otherwise it never shows my Picture Controls correctly always 0, it gets the F Nos, Shutter speed and ISO correctly.
Perhaps I need PSE 10 ??

PSE4?

It might be time for an upgrade.

So does PSE10 give out the correct Meta Data.?

My copy of PSE6 gives out the correct metadata on shots from my D90.

Thanks that's useful TCav,
The reason I haven't upgraded before is because PSE4 does all I need.
I have looked at various upgrades over the years and thought I don't need that, plus some of them have had really bad reviews .
I have only just noticed this Meta data problem because I usually have my camera pic/controls set to 0 except sharpness. I recently thought I would put a bit more punch into my cameras settings to save me putting so many through levels to bring them up a bit.
It seemed that my changes weren't working (they're quite subtle), hence opening them in Photome.

'Full Frame' is the new 'Medium Format'. A good camera helps a good photographer; it doesn't make one. If you're going to use a filter, make it a good one.
