Grinder, did you run my picture thru Noise Ninja? I have no issue with that, but I do see a difference in the foreground and was wondering what you did. I'm not sure if that image was ru thru Neat image or not. If it was Ninja still made a bit of a difference.


PS I checked my pic grinder fixed...it WAS run thru Neat Image, but with the D70 1600 ISO profile used. When I ran it thru by having the progam create the profile it actually looked better. Just like the one Grinder did.

Interesting info from all. Naturally I have to see how the anticipated Canon Rebel "II" compares with the 20D. Rumors are the only huge diff will be a 3fps burst. Just hope the buffer is deep enough for continuous jpeg shooting like the D70 can do. Most pro's I've now talked with are saying just oops it up and get the Canon for it's low, low high ISO noise profile.

I mean, have a look at this 20D shot at ISO 3200, f2.0, 200mm. No post processing. This was converted from raw CR2 by iView Media Pro.


Edit: the word s u c k gets converted to oops?
